Our mission is:
"To forge ongoing relationships with ASSIRT Software customers by providing an efficient, friendly, up-to-the-minute service."
Once your initial training has been completed, the Customer Support Centre will be your point of contact for any queries regarding ASSIRT Software products. We currently provide support to over 2,000 individual clients across Australia, the majority of which are financial advisers and dealer groups.

The Customer Support Centre team consists of a number of specialised support analysts, all of who hail from business-related backgrounds and are dedicated to quality customer service.
 
In addition, we have a dedicated team of on-site support specialists who are ready to assist on your premises, even in rural areas, if the need arises. Services provided by our team includes:
technical support,
business systems support, and
training and information services.
 
Continual training of our own staff ensures that the support we offer adapts to technological advances in business systems and continues to meet the expectations of our clients.

Our Call Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 18:00 (EST) and 8:30 – 19:00 (ESST), freecall 1800 066 839.
