Our mission is:

Software customers by providing an efficient,
friendly, up-to-the-minute service."
Once your initial training has been completed, the Customer
Support Centre will be your point of contact for any queries
regarding ASSIRT Software products. We currently
provide support to over 2,000 individual clients across Australia,
the majority of which are financial advisers and dealer groups.
The Customer Support Centre team consists of a number of specialised
support analysts, all of who hail from business-related backgrounds
and are dedicated to quality customer service. |

| In addition, we have a dedicated
team of on-site support specialists who are ready to assist
on your premises, even in rural areas, if the need arises.
